We pay a lot of attention to the choices of seasonal products and raw materials,
some
coming directly from our beautiful region
otherwise
selected in France,
or from our vegetable garden in Eure-et-Loire,
our kitchen is zero waste and environmentally sensitive.
Meals are cooked to order their realization little require in little time of realization.
